Being a native Houstonian and having appraised properties in all areas, I am very familiar with the real estate markets throughout the entire Houston metropolitan area. My expertise in valuation provides a totally objective outside opinion to help you design either a marketing or buying strategy that best answers your family's specific needs.
As a breeder of registered Brangus cattle outside of Cat Spring, Texas in Austin County, I am also uniquely qualified to assist with your country property needs, especially in Washington and Austin counties.

- Seven years experience in Corporate Relocation including Regional Manager for the predecessor of what is now Prudential Relocation Management.
- 20 years experience in appraising, specializing in the valuation of residential properties for the relocation industry and individuals wanting to know what their property would realistically sell for on the open market.
- While appraising, assisted wife, Dorothy McDermott, in her residential sales career working on market analyses and marketing plans and evolved to residential sales full time in 2002.
- Member of the Houston, Texas and National Association of Realtors
- Past president of the Houston Football Association, the men's soccer league where I continue to play as I have since 1978.
- Past president of the Houston United Soccer Club, established in 1956.
